NOTE – This car park does not accept Commercial Vans, Long wheel base vans, minibuses over 8 seats or Taxis.

ARRIVAL PROCEDURE

Please contact Bristol Airport Meet and Greet Services on 07828763143 at least 30 minutes prior to arrival. Upon arriving at the airport, please proceed to the DROP & GO car park located just behind the terminal. One of our designated and uniformed drivers will be awaiting your meet and greet. If you anticipate an earlier or later arrival than the initial time then please inform us so we can plan accordingly.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE

Payment is made simple, you can pay through our easy online booking system. Alternatively you can pay on arrival at the airport. We accept cash, debit card, credit card and apple pay 😊.

The £6 exit fee our driver will need to exit the car park will be payable by you so kindly have the £6 in cash in the car or it can be added onto the payment on arrival. Thank you.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Upon your return to the airport, collect your baggage, clear customs, and then call us on 07828763143. One of our drivers will be dispatched to the same DROP & GO car park with your vehicle (exactly where we picked it up from). Please note that in line with airport regulations it requires drivers to limit their wait time to 10 minutes in the DROP & GO car park so exceeding this limit will result in additional charges payable by you.

PLEASE NOTE

If you made a booking less than 24 hours before your scheduled arrival time, please inform our team, by calling 07828763143 in advance. For same day bookings, an additional charge of £20 will be applied and payable to the driver.
